All About – Rose Quartz

Today we’re focusing on our favourite go to crystal, rose quartz.  Many of you may or may not know about the wonderful benefits that this amazingly versatile crystal has to offer.

For me it all started when I was 7 years of age and my Auntie and Uncle gave me a gift of a rose quartz necklace and bracelet set; the most gorgeous pale pink colour and I loved the set immediately.  The funny thing is 35 years plus later and I still own the necklace (sadly the bracelet broke – I was heartbroken).  But then the strangest thing happened.  My mum out of the blue gave to me a rose quartz bracelet, identical to the one that had broken and so my set is complete again.  Thanks Mum.  Thanks Universe.

Rose quartz has a plethora of benefits ranging from self-love to the love of another, forgiveness, self-confidence and self-worth, the balance of emotions, bringing harmony to once home/general space, the bringer of peace and as it’s known as the ‘love stone’ it can facilitate the closer bonds between family, friends and at a deeper level romance and intimacy between partners.

Placing a piece of the raw crystal in the relationship corner of your house helps with building relationships.  Your relationship corner can be either in the back right corner of your house from the front door.  Or alternatively, in your bedroom to the far right corner from the door.

Rose quartz teaches us how to love ourselves first and foremost, how to love others and how peaceful and calm relations can help us in our everyday lives.
